This katana is features a traditional style but has a very unique style and finish. The Hilt on this Kanji Silver Flam Katana is built from solid stainless steel followed by the handle. This sword handle features a full tang construction which means its Double Pegged, the blade goes through the handle, all one piece. Under the brown cotton traditional wrap handle is a colorful black and gold cloth covering the inside of the handle. A visible bamboo double peg can be seen. The Guard is all metal which has a unique design to it. The blade has a beautiful mirror polish finish. The blade is me up of tampered 1045 High Carbon Steel with a blood grove and a visible hamon. The blade is also extremely sharp. The Scabbard is made from solid wood finish with a solid black non-glare finish. The scabbard also has the traditional bull horn bow and features a silver flame and traditional Japanese Bushido Letter. This sword also comes complete with a black polyester sword bag.
